Taylor Lustig

Taylor Lustig is a Director of Government Affairs & Corporate Citizenship at PepsiCo where she leads PepsiCo’s strategy for investing and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders to support the company’s broader business goals. She uses her expertise in political coalition-building, advocacy, communications, and corporate social responsibility to build business partnerships that deliver long-term value and sustained purpose to investors, employees, suppliers, customers and the communities that PepsiCo serves. Prior to PepsiCo, Taylor served in roles in the Obama Administration. At the White House, Taylor served as a Policy Advisor in the Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships. At the US Department of Labor, she managed stakeholder engagement at the Office of the Secretary, working with unions and worker advocates. Taylor began her career at the Jewish Council for Public Affairs where she focused on anti-poverty, gun violence prevention, and civil rights advocacy. In 2019, Taylor co-authored the NYT bestseller, Yes She Can: 10 Stories of Hope & Change From Young Female Staffers of the Obama White House, to encourage more young women to consider public service. She currently serves on the board of Girls on the Run DC.
