Marv McMoore Jr. is a storyteller, partnership builder, and award-winning ad maker with a unique talent for engaging hard-to-reach audiences. He specializes in reaching hard to reach audiences through extensive media consumption research and innovative channel planning. Marv served as the digital media strategist and ad-maker some of the most competitive races in the nation, including for Maryland Governor Wes Moore and the DSCC IE’s reelection of Senator Raphael Warnock. During President Joe Biden’s groundbreaking 2020 campaign, Marv led the digital paid media efforts targeting Black voters. Marv has crafted compelling ads and digital media strategies for prominent organizations like Climate Power Action, League of Conservation Voters Action Fund, NAACP, and Supermajority Education Fund. Previously, he served as National Youth Director for Pete Buttigieg, a two-time National President of the College Democrats, an Executive Committee Member of the Democratic National Committee, and has served in various leadership positions in local government. Marv earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in campaign and election management from Fordham University.
