Alencia Johnson is an author, commentator and social impact and brand engagement strategist with corporate, political and non-profit experience. She is the Chief Impact Officer and Founder of 1063 West Broad — a social impact consultancy specializing in the intersection of culture, impact and purpose. Alencia served on various presidential campaigns, including as senior advisor to President Joe Biden, national director of public engagement for Senator Elizabeth Warren, and President Obama’s re-election campaign. Alencia spent six years at Planned Parenthood’s national office where she built the “Stand With Black Women” branding and framework and managed cultural partnerships. She serves on the Human Rights First and Warner Music Group Social Justice Fund Boards and regularly appears on MSNBC, CNN and ABC News.
