Comedian, Writer and Actress


Joyelle is a Brooklyn based stand up comedian, writer and actress who travels the country healing people through laughter. As a comedian she has performed on After Midnight, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (twice) and Late Night with Seth Meyers. As an actress she’s been seen on Survival of the Thickest, Search Party and Crashing. And she’s written for the 2nd season of PAUSE with Sam Jay on HBO for which she was nominated for a Writer’s Guild Award and the final season of Broad City. Joyelle also combines her dream of comedy and activism by touring with Daily Show co-creator Lizz Winstead’s Abortion Access Front. Her debut album YELL JOY is available through Blonde Medicine and everywhere albums are streamed. Additionally, her debut special LOVE JOY, produced by Jimmy Fallon, is available on Peacock. Proudly, Joyelle was nominated for her very first Critics Choice Award for Best Comedy Special.
